Edible Magazine

Every year, Edible Austin Magazine hosts the Chef Auction to benefit 2 local non-profits (Urban Roots & The Sustainable Food Center). Funds are raised as a live audience watches and bids on a series of videos featuring the areas best chefs.

Edible Austin is an independently owned, community-based bi-monthly publication and is a member of Edible Communities publications.
