Why not just hire a full-time creative?

What exactly is a "Residency"?
Think of it as your own in-house content studio for one month. I join your team (virtually or in person), focus entirely on your brand, and create as much high-quality content as we can produce together. One brand at a time. All in.
How many creative requests can I make?
If you're on the Full Residency plan, you can queue as many creative requests as you'd like. I’ll complete them one at a time in the order you prioritize.
How fast is turnaround?
Most requests are delivered within 48 hours. More complex needs — like voiceovers, composites, or multi-cam edits — may take longer, but I’ll always keep you in the loop.
Who's behind Hearty Films?
It’s me — Brad. I'm a filmmaker, creative director, and problem-solver who’s been delivering content for brands for over a decade. For specialty tasks like motion graphics or voiceover, I tap into a trusted network of creative partners.
How do I submit creative requests?
We’ll collaborate via Trello. You can drop requests as written briefs, Google Docs, screenshots, or Loom videos — whatever works best for you. If it can be linked or uploaded, it’s fair game.
What if I don’t love the first version?
No stress — revisions are unlimited. I’ll keep iterating until it’s right.
What if I just need one thing?
That’s exactly what the à la carte plan is for. One request. One great piece of content. Done fast and done well. You can always upgrade later.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the high-touch nature of this creative work, I don't offer refunds. But I’m committed to getting it right — and I don’t stop until you're thrilled with the outcome.
